Who’s in for a Cleansing Diet?

Let’s start Monday, March 1!!

Day 1-3 – raw fruits and vegetables and cooked brown rice only
March 4 – Thursday – add in cooked vegetables, chicken breast and fish
March 6 – Oatmeal and whole grains
March 8 – Dairy products

Or however you want to gradually add things back in
