Last night was amazing. Chase went to sleep without crying one time, and slept almost all night. Only woke up one time at 4am!! That’s AWESOME. Joy and I were very annoyed with Chase’s sleeping habits, as I’m sure you’ve heard from Joy.. so we saw a video on a baby site that was a technique we hadn’t tried. We tried it last night and it was nothing short of a miracle. I just wanted to let ya’ll know so you can rejoice with us. Hopefully the method will continue to work!! (fingers crossed)

The regular season has come to a close and the top four teams are advancing to the playoffs, congratulations to them and better luck next year for the rest. Thanks to everyone who participated and I hope you all return next year for the rematches, as well as anyone else who may wish to throw their hand in and try to win it all. Now on to the playoffs.

December 26 will be the second week of the finals and the championship match will determine who takes home the trophy. This seasons front runners have been Cotton’s Champs with their MVP candidate quarterback Drew Brees, but following close behind has been Mrs. The Keck with her own MVP candidate LaDainian Tomlinson. Darin’s Pain had a thrilling final week victory over Pace’s Penguins to catapult himself into the number three spot and faces the number two seed with his all-pro quarterback Carson Palmer. Rounding out the group of finalists is TheKeck with his ecclectic group of talent making everyone guess just who will he start each week.TheKeck tumbled to the fourth spot unexpectantly (or perhaps well planned) so he will not face his own wife in the preliminaries but may have to take her down if he can get past Cotton’s Champs.

This season has been very exciting and the end is just around the corner as we crown a champion of McNFL football 2006 the day after christmas. Good luck to the contestants and merry christmas to everyone who is a spectator!

Chase is fighting the crawling stage as much as he can. He loves to be held up so he can practice putting one foot in front of the other, and he really likes standing next to something and thinks it’s really funny if he falls b/c he let go. Check out the video of him standing with help from the couch if you want. (It’s 4.5MB) We try to set him in the crawl position but he only lunges forward with any kind of power he has, then kicks his legs as if he were walking. You’ll see his skills in the video. He can lunge up to 10cm now… we’re very proud.

HAPPY BIRFDAY JOY!! Today the amazing Joy McCulloch ages gracefully to the year of 23. Congrats to her for making it this far with out an ulcer. Today for her birthday she did not receive a Nintendo Wii, which have been said to be so much fun fans are getting out of control and find the remote controls flying out of their hands. I mention this b/c when Joy heard these new systems had motion controlled sensors, she said, “Sounds like I would even have fun playing that”. With that I present to you this birthday video, this is how I see my wife/mom/sister inlaws playing video games.

Well, it’s winter time here in Utah. It snowed two days in a row and now the sun is finally out but it’s 15 degrees outside. Joy and I were going to start walking for exercise… guess that will have to wait, I don’t walk unless it’s at least 16 degrees. 🙁

Jason Keck is off to teach about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, in Colorado.

Dear friends,
I just wanted to let you know that Jason got his mission call today. He will be going to the Colorado Springs Colorado mission on January 24th. He is happy and anxious to serve.

The PS3 will be / is (depending on when you read this) released, midnight Thursday night. Joy said she saw people lined up yesterday and noonish outside of Target! Anyone seen anything crazier than that?
