Gino, never again will you be asking for media updates, we’ve gone wireless and automatic! Woo hoo. Joy scored a new camera for wedding mania, and with it a new Eye-fi card. This bad boy wirelessly transfers photos from the camera to our media server, then it uploads the pictures to picasa for us, and the videos to youtube for us! WOW, who could ask for anything more simple!? Also, if you see any images you weren’t supposed to, just close your eyes till we delete them, this thing is on full auto. 🙂 We’ll post the videos here under the tag McVideos so the McVideo function will still work to watch em here, but if you are a feed reader junkie, add our media:

The 2009 Season of McNFL is ready to begin! I have sent out invitations to everyone who was involved last year as well as some people who weren’t (hint hint McGrandaddy) but most email junk filters will catch these invites from yahoo and send them directly to your trash so if you have not received an invite just use the link provided here.

Last season was tremendously exciting for everyone involved and I am proud to announce the McChampionship Trophy was FINALLY wrestled away from the Keck household where it had resided for the first two seasons in the hands of first Tiffany then Brad, but last season was finally my time to shine and the McChampionship Trophy is now on the East coast. Congrats to the past champions and good luck to you all as potential future champs. The game is simple as long as you can pay attention to some simple injury status updates (i’m sure facebook will put out an application for it someday)

I’m happy to announce that the previously shoddy updated McPhotos has been updated. We are now grabbing all our photos from Picasa for viewing from here. It’s very cool! A big shout out to Igor for creating such an awesome plugin. If you haven’t been recently, check out McPhotos again, give it a minute to load. Let me know what you think!

Howdy, welcome to the new McBlog. You won’t really notice much b/c most of the updating was on the back end side. The biggest feature you will notice is instead of storing your personal icons on McBlog we now support gravatars and open ID sign in. What does that mean? asks my mom. Well mom, now you can each control your own avatar and that avatar will show on all the other sites that support gravatars. In easy step form:

1. So right click on your picture below or make a new one and save it (pngs are supported!)
2. Go to gravatar.com and enter in the email account you want to always use to blog with. Every blog you go to, use that address and the same avatar will follow you.
3. Browse to the saved image and click upload
4. Congrats, you are cool

It’s very easy, I’ll even do it for you. Just ask me to, and click confirm when an email comes.

For everyone involved, this is your reminder that the draft is on Saturday! I know most emails I send out thru the yahoo service just end up in your junk filters sooooo I wanted to officially alert you all that if you cant attend the LIVE draft on saturday you can pre-rank your players at any time….otherwise the computer will just give you the “best” available player each turn….best could mean a lot of different things so I can not stress how important actually being there is, we can chat during the draft so it will be a beginning to all this seasons smack talking, or bringing up past victories ie. the entire Keck household (except Kyle.)

Well Happy New Year! We are finding it hard to believe another year has flown by. We celebrate 3 years married today! Woo hoo. We are very excited for the new year, especially spring time and warm weather. Also for the new year, I’ve made a new mcvideos. The flash got an update with more movies on each page, smoother transitions + loading and a full screen option! Some other changes were made in the backend to make life easier for me when adding new videos.
