Speaking of the office, what a LAME episode last night! It can only go uphill from there though. Thoughts?

Hey Disney fans here’s a list to wet your appitite, or make you sick…
I think that Sonic (fast food) commercials are the funniest! I especially like the most recent ones that have been on TV. They make me laugh every time– which is saying a lot, because I usually think that commercials are completely idiotic. But such is not the case with Sonic commercials! Anyone else feel the way I do about this?
I was going to put one on here from YouTube, but I mainly found homemade ones that people tried to do that weren’t funny at all. Also, frankly I’m scared of YouTube, because the 2 times I’ve tried to find videos on there, I came across some disturbing things. SO you’ll just have to watch TV (and not fast forward through the commercials) so you can experience some Sonic funniness!
P.S. I appreciate all the activity on our blog and the great comments! Thank you!
Chase was being quiet for a couple of minutes this afternoon, which is never good. So where did I find him this time? In the clothes dryer (of course!). A little scary, yet pretty funny. I just HAD to grab the camera! When I asked him what he was doing in the dryer, he said, "It’s so warm!" and proceeded to rest his head on the warm pile of clothes. I think he just loves fresh, clean laundry as much as I do!
P.S. I just wanted to take this moment to mention that I am SO GRATEFUL to have a washer and dryer in our house! It was awful to find a place to do laundry when we were in our old apartment, especially when we’d just had Chase! Now I don’t ever take this for granted!
I just wanted to say that I love the movie Enchanted! It’s so clean, creative, fun, and even uplifting. Just remember when you watch it, that it’s MEANT to be a little goofy! Thanks to Rachel for giving us this movie for Pace’s b-day!
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Teenagers with a bedroom television tend to have poorer diet and exercise habits and lower grades in school than those without one, U.S. researchers said on Monday.
While many studies have examined TV viewing habits of young people, researchers at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health said little had been known about the consequences in particular for older adolescents of having a bedroom TV.
They questioned 781 adolescents, ages 15 to 18, in the Minneapolis area in 2003 and 2004. Of them, 62 percent reported having a television in their bedroom.
Not surprisingly, those with a bedroom TV were more apt to watch it a lot, clocking four to five more hours in front of a television per week, the researchers said. Twice as many of the teens with a bedroom TV were classified as heavy TV watchers — at least five hours a day — compared to those without one.
Here are Chase and his friend Audrey sitting on the terra cotta turtle in our backyard. They may seem like the best of friends, but they actually have what some may call a love/hate relationship!
Afterwards, they cuddled during a movie (although Chase found it difficult to see the TV while cuddling). Cute!
Don’t be fooled by the cuteness, though. Chase is also a little culprit! Today he succeeded in stealing some ice cream out of the freezer for the hundredth time!!!! If it’s ever quiet in the house, it can be assumed that he’s sneakily sneaking some ice cream. Notice how ashamed he seems in the photos. 😉 But at least he is quite civilized about it; he gets out a bowl and spoon to keep it tidy. It’s frustrating, but even so, I have to stifle a laugh whenever I catch him doing this… But I am not going to buy any more ice cream for a while!
We also went to the BYU Bookstore today (because I haven’t been there in ages), where Chase ripped open a bag of gummy worms and proceeded to devour one. So I ended up having to purchase the bag of gummy worms. Sneaky, sly kid!
He also liked "riding" the wheelbarrow this afternoon!
So after Amy’s very nice comment on how much she enjoys the posts posted by me… ok not a direct quote but that’s how I understood when she said it’s her one stop for the most important news… I thought I’d keep updating on the 700mhz auction. Verizon annouced it’s schedule for development. And amazingly they plan to do something within 3 years. Wow, I didn’t think 10 BILLION dollars would be spent and then wait 3 years to start a return on it… but then again I don’t have 10 billion dollars to think what I would do with it so. Oh so back to what they are doing: 2008 – Testing 2009 – Sales 2010 – ok now you can use the new network. Also, Verizon will be EVERYWHERE with the cell coverage, I MEAN EVERYWHERE! Hopefully some smaller networks will piggyback on verizon b/c I didn’t like their pricing at all. What are your thoughts?
Jerry flipped his car after the brakes stopped working, rolled a couple times then got out and went home without injury. So then he made this statement which made me laugh:
“Because I know there are kids out there, I want to make sure they all know that driving without braking is not something I recommend, unless you have professional clown training or a comedy background, as I do,” the Post quoted him as saying. “It is not something I plan to make a habit of.”
Here is a superfluous surplus of photos from our outing to Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point. My little buddy Chase and I went last week with Tiffany and Kyle (thanks for inviting us!). We had good times! I had even more cute photos than this. I have really put the bare minimum on here. :) I was sad to see that some of the cows were tied up by their mouths. I’m sure it was for some greater cause… but I didn’t take any pictures of that depressing sight. Otherwise, we had lots of fun, and the boys loved riding the real ponies! I couldn’t take photos of that because I was holding Chase steady on the pony.
So anyway, please comment so I will know who our REAL, faithful, die-hard blog readers are. Because I don’t even know who reads this thing any more, besides some of our family. Which is great too, but, ya know.
